Challenge
Modern nutrition systems often overwhelm users with contradictory advice, restrictive tracking methods, and performance-driven health goals that are difficult to maintain in everyday life. Many people struggled not because of a lack of knowledge, but because healthy eating habits were too complex, time-consuming, and disconnected from real daily routines.
Objective
The goal was to develop a strategic and user-centered nutrition concept that simplifies healthy eating through personalized guidance and sustainable behavior change. By combining nutrition science, behavioral psychology, design, and technology, ROOTS aimed to create an accessible digital experience that encourages long-term wellbeing through realistic, minimally processed food choices.
Results
ROOTS evolved into a holistic nutrition concept that redefined healthy eating as a flexible and continuous lifestyle process rather than a system of control or optimization. The project successfully translated complex nutritional knowledge into an intuitive digital experience, promoting healthier routines, greater awareness of micronutrients, and a more sustainable relationship between food, health, and everyday life.
